Really nice place in Beverly Hills!

Perfect location in Beverly Hills, quiet, safe and a very nice neighborhood. A very nice and clean house. I imagine the swimming pool will be perfect for hot weather (we were there in December). The room was small, but comfy, nicely decorated and well equipped. A car is recommend, parking on the street is no problem.

False picture representation and poor management

Location

The property did not match the pictures shown online. Instead of a home, it was more like a cottage unit at the far end near the pool. I was expecting a proper kitchen area, but there was no stove available. In the unit I stayed in, the shower water was not draining properly. There was also a strange smell, likely because the place had been closed for a few days. The floor did not appear to be well cleaned or mopped. On top of that, the management response was very poor. I reported these issues, but no one responded except one manager who said they could only forward the request. Both phone numbers provided went to the same person. After that, they stopped responding to me and to Booking.com, despite several attempts to reach them regarding the heating and shower issues. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Lovely place in the middle of Beverly Hills

A great place to stay in the middle of Beverly Hills. We enjoyed the surroundings - felt really safe and quiet over here, especially compared to some other parts of LA. Check in was easy, all listed amenities provided as advertised.

The room is small but only staying there for a night not a big issue. The room is a bit dated but also, serves the purpose of the overnight stay.

The room was great! I love the location. It was very quiet and located close to all the places we had planned on going. The bed was comfortable and the second room had bunk beds, which we didn't use, but would be great for a family of 4.

The exterior was just ok. The side of the residence where we had an exit from the room to the pool was very messy. Dirty couches, spiderwebs, looks like it hadn't been swept in months. I wanted to hang out there but just couldn't. The floor inside the room looked like it had been moped but there was a bunch of dirt and tiny pieces of something near the doorway, almost like they swept and forgot to pick up the pile.

Beautiful guesthouse in Beverly Hills. Very easy to find in a quite and peaceful neigbourhood. We stayed with 2 kids and they loved the place. Great swimming pool with hot tub. Laurence is a great host and easy to communicate with.

Superb

The location is excellent, I had a film screening at the Wilshire Screening Center and this house was very close. The owner of the house walked us to a wonderful restaurant with great food - the Bicyclette. The house itself is a very beautiful house and the guesthouse in which we were staying had a wonderful climate, the swimming pool area is very charming. We will definitely come again :)

A beautiful place! The garden and swimming pool were so pleasant that we wish we had stayed an extra day just to enjoy them. The owners were gracious, leaving many nice touches in the room. Many great restaurants nearby for any meal of the day.

Location and privacy! The pool is totally private and there were no other guests so it was lovely and quiet. Just a 20 min walk to rodeo drive which was nice too.

The location of the property is fantastic, in a very safe residential street in Beverley Hills from which it is easy to access the rest of LA. Laurence’s communication was excellent and there was lots of very helpful detail in the guide book which was left about the property and the area, including recommendations. The studio itself is perfect, very comfortable, the bathroom is particularly nice. The courtyard of the property is beautiful including the pool and it is all lit up and night which is lovely.

Nothing, I would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting LA.

The perfect LA Beverly Hills stay

The location of this property is excellent, literally at the heart of the beautiful Beverly Hills. If you want to stay local, you may not even need a car because everything is walking distance. The property looks just like its pictures and both hosts are very welcoming and attending to your needs from the very beginning. Free wifi, free street parking permit, fully stacked sleeping and toiletries supplies, and breakfast amenities, such as coffee & coffee machine, fridge, microwave, utensils/plates/glasses/cups and other amenities. The best part is the private access to the pool area and the outside furniture - it makes for the perfect coffee and breakfast time with a beautiful view. It may be too cold in the winter to actually use it, but nonetheless, it makes the whole stay worth staying. I would highly recommend staying here and when I'm back in LA, I hope I can book this property again. Thank you Laurence & Joseph for your hospitality.

It is probably great for 2 people, but is way too small for 4, the room with a bunk bed is more like a closet, and having a toilet on a way to a second room is a huge inconvenience.
