LIKED THE LAYOUT OF THE ROOM AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AT BREAKFAST! I LIKED IT AND WILL RETURN THE NEXT TIME WE VISIT NORCROSS! WE USED TO STAY AT HILTON NORCROSS LIKE THIS MUCH BETTER!!

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BUT WE HAD NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM!!

I like the location & the assistance of the staff. We always enjoy the rooms at this hotel. The staff is always pleasant here.

Nothing

It was clean, very clean. The room had adequate lighting, They have a pool, They have breakfast. They have a desk. There is a nice couch for all four of us. There is adequate storage. A hair dryer, an iron. A fridge.

It was a distance from our destination, it had windows that were thin, so we could hear the traffic outside, and hear when people honked their horns in front of the building, even at four stories up. The big T.V. did not work. Their parking costs money(considered a hidden cost), which is fine, except it is not included in the cost of the room. The waist bag was not in the waste container ready for use. A useless door to the next room because they were not able to accommodate two rooms next to each other. The windows could not be opened, and they were both covered in dirty air particles. The sink was not in the bathroom, so I had to use toilet paper to open the door handle.
