Disappointing, Nasty, Sick, Ruined Family Christmas

Area and Concierge team was exceptional

The condition of the room caused an asthma attack due to excessive dust and poor upkeep. When this was brought to the staff’s attention, I was offered another room with hard floors only for an additional fee, which was very disappointing given the health-related nature of the issue. Additionally, the staff was extremely rude and not accommodating throughout the interaction. The rooms themselves are outdated, dusty, and not well maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsafe for someone with respiratory issues. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

It’s perfect for the location food options and amenities as well.

It’s a ski in ski out location is on Peak 9 of Breckenridge. If you’re building is far they have sky walks linking everything so you don’t have to go outside in the winter.

The property overall is great. Building 4 is a little far from everything but the sky walks helps.

Beaver Run is a perfect location for a family ski holiday. Ski to the door. Ski lifts and all amenities at the doorstep. Our studio room was great. Servicing was good and prompt.

The property felt like a large dated cruise ship.. four different buildings, countless lifts, stairs, pools, spas and eateries.. it was a maze at times.. we stayed with extended family and were all in separate buildings.. traversing to each others rooms was overwhelming.

Great location and activities but a little older

Facilities were pretty cool! different bars, heated outdoor pool, games. I stayed with my service dog and the staff were very respectful.

We stayed in building 3, which seemed to have dirty hallways, worn carpet, and a very old appearance. The room, on the other hand, had been renovated and had a great kitchen and a clean bathroom.

If you are a hard core skier, and you don’t mind overpriced bad food, this place is for you!

Location is spectacular. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is nice. It is walking distance from the ski lifts.

The food in the facilities is overpriced and low quality, even in the nice restaurants. A bottle of water is $9, and if it snows the parking will cost $40 per night. Parking is not assigned and you literally have to fight for a parking spot.

Plumbing problem in our room during our stay. The toilet was leaking water from its base every time we flushed. It grossed us out and we couldn’t use our toilet since we checked in until around 9 pm after they fixed it.

Really unhappy with the stay.

Honestly really unhappy with the stay. We usually stay elsewhere but it was booked. The room was very outdated, the popcorn ceiling was falling off, the couch was old and uncomfortable and really gross, the pull out couch was unbearably uncomfortable, no AC. Just overall really unhappy. The pictures online showed a more updated room so very disappointing. Will probably never stay here again.

Always a nice time, but when elevators go down, beware.

We’ve stayed here many times before. We love the location, the amenities, and views.

We were inconvenienced on a holiday weekend by the elevator going out. We typically know our way around, but had gotten lost a couple times trying to navigate the property. Would have been helpful to have better directions to elevators we can use to access the building we were staying in.

And enjoyable place to spend a weekend in the mountains

The beds were incredibly comfortable, there were feather pillows, having a kitchen was wonderful and you’re at the base of the mountain so we were able to just go for a hike right out the back of the property and it was about a 10 minute walk back home From being downtown.

It is really easy to get turned around at the property. We ended up missing a shuttle because we were doing laps trying to figure out where we were actually supposed to go for our pick up.

I will say that this hotel has just about everything you could need to purchase for a comfortable visit. There is a Starbucks, bar, restaurant, grab & go “market” of sorts. The 24hour arcade proved to be an inexpensive way to spend the evening.

The room is not worth the price paid. There was no AC, (but there was a desktop fan provided). There were only 2 small lamps in our room that do not offer good lighting in the evening. The kicker is the window curtains and sunlight - the curtains don’t even cover the windows fully without gaps between them, which means a TON of light streaming in the morning. The other component is that our room had 2 mirrored closet doors directly across from the window which meant the light was amplified further.

Great place for last-minute overnight stay in Breckenridge.

Nice spacious condo. The views from the bedrooms were really spectacular. I was able to get a two-bed suite at short notice. It's walking distance (about 20 minutes) to Main Street restaurants.

The layout was a bit confusing, and it was hard to figure out where we were on the map. Getting in and out of the property by foot was a little confusing. It seems a little sterile and dated.

Nice stay but "resort fees" hidden on food/soda purchases at the store was a bummer.

Great location with friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the hotel let us stay right in Breckenridge which is what we were looking for.

Items at the store did not have prices on them. Upon checking out you would learn the price, also find a hidden resort fee, and be asked to tip the person who just rang up a soda for you. Somehow I paid over $6.00 for a single 20oz bottle of Diet Coke. The vending machine down the hall sold the same bottle for $4.00. The rooms were not quite as nice as I expected. The tub and toilet seat both had significant wear marks I suppose from years of scrubbing. Overall it's an ok but dated place in a really beautiful location.

Girls weekend

Great location, easy to get to town and the chair lifts are right out back. The free hotel shuttle that goes around town has an app, but the driver's don't always stop at each stop, I recommend calling, especially later at night. Room waa nice, but our window was broken and was just duct taped together. Me and 2 friends weree hoping for last minute spa appointments and they were able to squeeze us in, very nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

I am disappointed with my recent stay. The master bedroom lacked privacy due to incomplete walls, which was not mentioned in the property description. After lodging a complaint, we were moved to another building. We had to haul all of our luggage down narrow hallways, only to find the new room had the same layout. Manuel seemed surprised when I notified him. The facilities are outdated and overpriced. The hot tubs were out of order, the steam room had mold and smelled terrible, and the bar was unstaffed during happy hour. We waited 20 minutes for a bartender to arrive. Lacking service, lacking modern comfort
