Great regular housekeeping. Quiet location. Friendly helpful staff.
Forgot to refill the shower gel dispenser. The valet is needlessly expensive. Its not like its an inner city high rise situation, its a lot adjacent to the hotel, a few feet from the front door.. $50+/day plus tips is a exorbiant.
The hotel is not quite luxury enough for the nightly rate its charging. Countessa is less per night and a more impressive hotel all around.

Restaurant in hotel is very good. Attentive service. Quiet hotel, lovely outside and inside. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Valet service super easy and responsive. We will be back next year.

It was under construction and we lost water for a little over an hour as a water line was hit
The bathroom was not very clean the ice maker was broken and one of the elevators was broken
