The house itself is lovely and so welcoming- like it is opening its arm to you as you enter the front door!
The stairs, but at 75 we were on the top floor I had no problem with them. They are carpeted with sturdy hand rails.

The breakfast was fantastic and the host was very nice. The towels were great as was the shower.

Owner was very sweet. Breakfast was better than the standard continental breakfasts from chain hotels. Room temp can be controlled.
Rest of house was hot. Owner did not show us around to know where things were or where we could or could not go. One room that actually had a tea and coffer station we could not tell by looking from the hallway. The owner had personal music equipment he was restoring on the table. In the morning the stairs were very dark and I ended up missing a step and falling down a few stairs. The house was old and had an old smell to it. No tv in room. Bed and pillows were a bit too firm for us but other may like that.
