Had high hopes for as much as I paid to stay for a few hours to sleep but wouldn’t do it again until they changed their

The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful as we were late checking in due to traffic.

Key cards didn’t work properly. Had to get them fixed twice, kitchen was dirty with used dishes and utensils, there was literally no parking. I had to pay the Hilton a few doors down to park there. As well as the cleaning staff the next morning literally cussed me out and argued with me because I forgot one thing in my room and had to go back in for it.

Poor service

Location

Not able to get into room. Mechanical issue. Allegedly, the entire hotel sold out no other rooms available. Have to request help anytime needing to enter room. Next day, the checkout clerk says lock worked fine yesterday. No apologies, no help. Poor customer service. Says we need to contact Booking.com with our issue, not the hotel. Will not return or recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next year.

The hotel is very comfortable, it's in a good location for our needs. The kitchen was well equipted. The wifi was very good.

The only negatives were the outside grill wasn't working, and someone put shampoo in the conditioner bottle in the shower, but it wasn't a big deal once we realize it.

I ordered double queen beds I got a king bed I ordered it because it had you know high ratings and just be a clean facilities and a pool and we got none of that dirty facilities no pool I mean really nothing nothing they say you can use their washers ordner dryers but didn't even offer you to be able to buy the soap powder and stuff they didn't they were out everything that you wanted they did not have

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size, and the appliances were extremely helpful for an extended stay.

The room could have been cleaner. It seemed to have been hastily wiped over. Predominantly, the cleanliness of the floors as well as accumulated dust in flat lying areas.
