Rooms and all common areas were very clean, Staff was excellent, nice and helpful. well equiped gym. comfortable beds

I don't like to pay for parking for somewhere I am already paying to stay.

It was located close to the music venue.

We stayed here for the Sarah Maclachlan Concert on August 7th. We were able to check in to one of two rooms early. The staff was friendly and informative. The rooms were great! Large and very clean. The bed was super comfy. It was said in a review I saw that the Hayden Homes Amphitheater was about a 10 minute walk. That's not accurate at all it's literally at the end of the property maybe 3 minutes to the main entrance. Also it was very cool to have a footbridge across the river to all the food and shopping choices. Overall a truly fantastic experience.

⸻ I stayed here Feb 14–16 and had a terrible billing experience. Despite providing two cards at check-in, my debit card was charged the full $857.27 and still has an additional $398.64 hold days later. This mistake caused overdraft transfer fees and stress. Repeated calls to the front desk went nowhere—my voicemail to the manager was ignored, and the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. The room itself was fine, but the unprofessional handling of billing and lack of accountability made this stay very frustrating. Travelers beware.
