Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is convenient to concert venue

View from 3rd floor faced west and was of an ugly rooftop of vents and fans. There was some kind of constant motor cycling up and down the entire time. Very bad coffee setup. Only paper cups in the room. The worst was the surprise charge of parking for $12 a night !!!! That is crazy, and we were there just about a year ago and that wasn't a charge. I would have expected more from a Hilton chain motel

The location was fantastic! The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our first room and the front desk worked to quickly resolve the issue and move us to a new room. The breakfast is great and a real time saver to get the day started.

We didn't travel with a pet but was put into a pet room. I didn't know the hotel even allowed pets My child is allergic to cats and after the 3rd night reacted with hives. But the staff worked quickly to move us to a new room.

⸻ I stayed here Feb 14–16 and had a terrible billing experience. Despite providing two cards at check-in, my debit card was charged the full $857.27 and still has an additional $398.64 hold days later. This mistake caused overdraft transfer fees and stress. Repeated calls to the front desk went nowhere—my voicemail to the manager was ignored, and the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. The room itself was fine, but the unprofessional handling of billing and lack of accountability made this stay very frustrating. Travelers beware.
