We stayed in a queen room and were surprised to see a warm working fireplace! Cozy, clean and perfect for a 1 night stay.
The noise on main street was a tad loud for a Saturday night. Just have a sound machine and you will be fine.

coffee was available at the office starting at 6 am. I did not have high expectations for this motel as it is not a fancy looking place and reasonable price. But the owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean in all aspects - the walls, bathroom, bed sheets and comforter, etc. Lots of good lighting and electric device to plug in multiple electronics to charge. A night light in bathroom. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants for breakfast and dinner, stores, and nearby Watkins State Park & Gorges.

Good value for what we paid for. We just needed an overnight stay to explore Watkins Glen before moving on to Niagara. Location was great as the entrance to the state park is just across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Freshly made coffee in the morning and ice dispenser was a plus. Aircon was already turned on upon arrival.
A bit dated but place was still clean. You get what you pay for
