Comfortable but would be better if they had toothpaste

Adequate but not Great

I liked that this property was close to the Saint David’s South Austin Hospital, where my daughter had to do a clinical rounds day with her nursing school. The beds were comfortable in the bathroom was clean.

They put us in the room right next to housekeeping, which was very loud in the early morning hours. The location of the hotel, although close to Saint David’s Hospital South Austin, was in a sketchy area. There were a lot of people hanging around the hotel that didn’t look Safe. I was afraid that my car might be broken into and I was not able to park in the front of the hotel. I had to drive around to the back which was scarier.

It was OK, but I would make sure the AC works before accepting a room

Location worked for us. Staff was nice with a facility that looked nice as well.

AC unit was LOUD and not very functional.....a true need in Texas. Reported to the front desk, a maintenance guy showed up, worked a bit and said he would be back. We had to leave but upon our return, the AC was the same, loud, and the room/was humid......the AC needs repair. When it was time for room cleaning, I asked for some extra towel - they didn't have any. Lastly, parking is a premium here - the lot fills up quickly as its small and I saw many guests parking in front of the hotel, in a bank lot.

No stopper for the bathtub No hand rail inside the shower, was a rail for the bathtub, but not inside when taking a shower. Bath towels were not soft, scratchy.

My stay was disappointing, and below all expectations.

The only one good thing in this accommodation was the receptionist guy whose name “Taliano”

The hotel was so dirty, so many cockroaches, the housekeeper for four days never swept or vacuumed the floor of the room (there were insects under the sofa and wall corners). Nobody helped with luggage during check-in, check-out. Very bad egg smell at breakfast time. Some of the restaurants are unprofessional.
