Swan Island Dahlias Visit

Good location for my visit to Swan Island Dahlias; bed was comfortable and room appeared to be very clean

Parking lot is not well designed for easy in/out & a limited number of spaces compared to number of rooms- arrive later in the evening and you will have a hard finding a spot but you can also park alongside the building opposite, which are actually much easier to use

Very nice clean quiet stay.

Stayed at the holiday Inn the night before in Salem and it was more money with no breakfast and the room smelled. Wasn't sure about less money for best western and was pleasantly surprised.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable Loved the lemon infused water in lobby.

Although breakfast was good and convenient, It would have been nice to see a little variation on breakfast items. Also , the staff was accommodating but some not as friendly as others.

none of the pictures matched the room. the amenities were wrong. there is no carpet only grey hardwood. no jacuzzi. room had a different arrangement entirely.

I was surprised!

Location and staff were great.

This is an old facility badly in need of a remodel. I stayed there many years ago. I'm sure it still has the same furniture. The sofa in the reception area was slit with padding coming out. I'm sure housekeeping has difficulty in trying to make appear clean. I would stay somewhere else on my return to Wilsonville.

Make the time to swim it’s great!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I slept great. The pillows were perfect.

We were on the 3rd floor, you could hear everything that happened around you. But that’s typical for a hotel.

Just ok

Well the location was perfect for being next to the freeway.

The shower was leaking, from the faucet, the bathtub wasn't draining properly so we took a shower while the water was stuck ih the tub. The paint inside the rooms and the doors seems form like a motel not a hotel so they need to make improvements because for the price we pay someone will expect more class but if you just need a place to sleep well is a convenient location.

Outstanding staff, very clean hotel.

Staff were extremely courteous, helpful, went out of their way. Appreciated the heated swimming pool. Often we will choose a hotel for the indoor pool but disappointed that it isn’t headed. This BW was just the right temperature and we enjoyed our swims.

Quality of breakfast was just meh. Coffee was ok. Waffles were good. The eggs were rubbery.

A Horrendous and depressing stay which I told them- no response!

Nothing!

Room was a construction zone! Wall paper torn halfway up the walls; dusty; worn out bed; phone broken; pool dingy; breakfast very bad and many items gone, not refreshed, coffee machine empty & we got there an hour before closing! Tried to complain to staff & owner- never contacted me back. Person I complained to the first night said ‘adjustment’ would be made for us-NEVER was!

Breakfast closed before we could access it which surprised us. The location was convenient and easy to find.

The room was starting to look a bit run down and for the price was not as nice as what we are accustomed to staying in. Run down and small. Pretty sure we could have found something in the area much nicer for the same price.

The lady at the reception desk was friendly and helpful.

The door latch for room 202is defective. It does not latch even when door is fully closed. I had to almost slam the door, 2-3 times for it to latch.

" A Great Place To Stay "

I asked for a room that was close to the breakfast bar and the hot tub and pool and they gave me room number 107 which was perfect.

Clean & quiet (if you are on the side away from the freeway)

Breakfast was adequate. Would be nice to keep it open a bit longer esp on weekends. Location for me for this stay was excellent.

The wifi was so slow as to be unable to conduct FaceTime calls using my notebook computer. Barely adequate for iOS devices. The spa was out of order my entire stay and looked like swamp water so it had been out of order quite some time
