Beds were not too comfortable.

Overall the house was perfect for us and in a very good location. Very handy for all public amenities. Approx 1.4miles from the beach. This is a good sized family house which is clean with good sized beds and good utilities. A perfect base for your Naples Vacation.

The lock on the patio door to the house/pool area requires to be repaired. During our stay this was held closed using a piece of wood and therefore not very secure. I'm sure the owner will have all of these small issues resolved soon.

Property was fine, the only thing is that is in a very old neighborhood and therefore all the houses around are in not very good shape. On the other hand, their customer service sucks! I arrived on a Friday afternoon, and at around 7:30 pm I put some burgers on the grill. I was playing some music while cooking (nothing crazy) and I received a call at 8:45 pm. It was the house manager, apparently the neighbors complained about the music. Of course I didn’t have a problem with lowering the volume, you can just ask! But this lady literally started screaming and threatening me saying that she was gonna come and kick me out of the property! She kept talking for like 3 minutes and when I was finally allowed to speak and tell her that I would lower the music, she just kept interrupting me saying: READ THE CONTRACT! I understand loud music can be annoying to neighbors, but come on! It wasn’t even 9pm and it was the first warning. Really disrespectful, will definitely never book anything with them again.
