Friendliest staff. A+ service in the bar. Norma, carlos and Kwan. Everyone was so accomodating
Cant think of anything you could improve on. Dont change a thing. Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Breakfast and dinner were fine on the night of 7/21 and 7/22
I had to change my arrival date to 7/21 and notified Bookings and Drury Plaza about 6 days in advance Bookings did not respond and Drury Plaza said The change would have to be made thru Bookings..When I arrived on 7/21 I was told I had been charged as a No show on the 20th I was told once again by Drury Plaza that any refund would have to come from Bookings, I have notified American Express that I am disputing the No Show charge since I notified the Property as well as Bookings in 7 days ahead of my arrival Hopefully this will be resolved with a credit to my Amex Account
