    Perfect location for trip, easy on easy off from freeway. Located next to Publix, gas stations, eateries. Staff was attentive, very friendly and professional. Very well kept facility.

    I stayed here for 4 nights and had a very disappointing experience. First of all, housekeeping threw away one of my shopping bags without my permission. The bag was NOT in the trash – it was on the floor of my room – and it contained the receipt and tag for a shirt I bought at Nordstrom Rack. Because of this, I lost $70 since I can no longer return it. This is 100% the hotel’s fault and completely unacceptable. Second, there was no Do Not Disturb sign provided in the room. Every day, even when I did not want service, housekeeping entered my room. This is a huge privacy issue and should never happen. When I brought this problem to the front desk: The night staff was polite and professional. But the morning shift lady was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. She claimed housekeeping said my bag was empty (which is simply not true), refused to take any responsibility, and just told me there was no manager on duty. Instead of helping, she told me to “take a business card and call the manager later.” As someone who has worked in hotels myself and as a business owner, I know exactly how guests should be treated. The lack of responsibility, poor training, and dishonesty from staff here is shocking. I strongly request to be reimbursed for the $70 I lost. Someone needs to take responsibility and fix this situation. At the very least, train your staff properly so future guests are not treated this way. I will not recommend this location to anyone and will reconsider staying at Holiday Inn Express in the future.

    Hotel was conveniently located and priced for a quick visit with Mayo Clinic. Continental breakfast in the morning was helpful to get a good days start. Clean and staff are friendly.

    Hotel was excellent. Close to Mayo Clinic and several restaurants. Very quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Will be back!!
