Beautiful view! Close to beach!

Parking cost was terrible. $98 a day. No assigned parking. It would of been nice to have known ahead of time to plan accordingly and options. For cost I could of gone to hotel with free parking and pool.

Quaint Unit Perfect for a Couple

First let me say the property manager Vickie is AWESOME!!! Communication was great. This place is a little gem right across from the beach. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles. The suite was perfect for a couple. I will definitely stay again.....a million times over!

The ONLY thing is the fan in the living room would not come on. We tried every switch and couldn't get it to come on for nothing. Being in the Florida heat, a fan is a great necessity but it doesn't change my review.

No front desk or way to access. Anybody never received any return calls after messages left at two different phone numbers. Someone was in the room that was rented to us.

Location was great! Close to broadwalk and quiet. And the ocean view from the upper level was very nice. Also Vicky the property manager was very responsive.

Great getaway accommodations

The manager on duty was very friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of linens and towels, the apartment was clean, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. The Hollywood broad walk was only a few steps away as was the beach.

Great value and location!

The location was a block from the beach, and we loved that we were on the quieter side of the boardwalk yet just a walking distance from bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, we loved having a kitchen with a full refrigerator so we can prepare quick breakfasts and snacks. The walls were thick enough that we didn't hear our neighbors at all! Lisa was always responsive and helpful with questions. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrella that came with the room, although there were also BBQ and bikes available at the property that we did not use.

we would have liked to have a blender in the kitchen but we were happy to see everything else was provided.

This is a great place to stay for a beach holiday.

The studio apartment I stayed in was recently renovated. It was beautifully decorated. It was well equipped. It was clean. It was quiet. The bed is comfortable. The AC works well. The location is perfect, beach and boardwalk are just steps away. The parking is free. Lisa, the property manager, is a gem. She is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

This property is amazingly assembled, the space is organized, clean and has everything you could need for your stay. The beach is only a few feet away and you have access to the bikes and hammock on the front lawn. Lisa, the property manager is a more than excellent hostess! She attended all of our needs and is very polite and welcoming! We will definitely be back!!!!

Marine Villas provided us with the comfortable, relaxing getaway that we were looking for!

There were so many things to like about our stay at Marine Villas Hollywood. The location was perfect with easy beach and Broadwalk access just steps away. The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds, pillows and nice, updated décor plus they were supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed and took advantage of the bicycles that were provided and found they were a nice way to travel the Broadwalk and go to local restaurants. The manager, Lisa was a gem, friendly, nice and always available when we had a question or needed anything plus she provided excellent communication regarding check in and check out in a very timely manner. This was our first time to the Hollywood area and due to our pleasant experience at Marine Villas, we plan to return and will definitely stay here!

Quiet Oasis by the Sea

Ease to park the car and access the property. Friendly neighbors. Well-decorated room and kitchen had all that was needed to cook. Bathroom was clean and unit had AC/Heater. Ease of communication with property manager (she was very helpful!).

Perhaps some more insulation between walls. We hadn't heard any of our neighbors until a family came in that was loud.

The location at the end of the Broadwalk - where it's not as chaotic as the central part but is still accessible to all of the activity - was awesome. Additionally, being able to see the ocean from our bed was pretty special. We loved our stay: Lisa is a great host, the room was wonderful, the use of free bikes was awesome, there were beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/surfboards/etc. It was just a great stay overall. Wish we could've been there longer.
