Breakfast was very good. Thank you for serving food and not continental breakfast. Mich appreciated.
There was a odor on the 5 floor in the hallway. I saw that there were plug-in air freshener, but it did not cover the odor. Other than that. The front desk staff was excellent friendly and professional. A+
Breakfast was A+. Thank you for everything. Hyatt will be m place to stay when I come to Dallas. God bless!

The staff was friendly! The location was very convenient for my situation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I LOVED the bedding and comforters. I did not try the breakfast but seemed nice. It was not noisy and I felt safe travelling alone
The elevator was super slow and there was only ice on floors 3 & 5 which was not ideal but in the grand scheme of things this would not keep me from staying here again. In fact I usually travel to see my daughter every summer I would highly likely book here again
