For the price of the room the beds are decent ac worked very well the breakfast was very nice lots to choose from the staff was friendly but I asked for some things on two separate occasions during the stay never heard anything then had to ask multiple times for clean towels and ended up having to go get them on my own to be told they ran out and was handed two hand towels to dry off with when I got out of shower.
The staff not replying or keeping me in the know about my requests. I waited a good 30-45 min between each time reading for towels. Made two separate trips to the desk I’m ok if I just needed to go get them no biggie still nothing sent kids the next day and they sent them with hand towels to dry off with out of shower. They ran out they said.

The ac/air was not working in either room and thr hot water was not working in the 1st room I was given. It took over a hour just to be given keys to another room.
