    I booked for two rooms and even confirmed with the hotel staff for my booking. They replied me that they got my booking for two rooms. However, when I checked in, they mentioned I only have reservation for one room. It was chaotic during check in. End up, they had to let us stay in the accessible room as the hotel was full. Furthermore, I already paid for the rooms when I made the reservation through Agoda. However, the hotel charged me again for the stay during check out. After nearly a month, I still won’t be able to get my refund back. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Do not recommend this hotel.
