Paid for a room with a view and balcony and we got the same view as the last time we stayed in June, only one floor lowe

Loud kids in room beside us from 11 till 3 am. Hot tubs needs cleaned more often. Looked like grass or dirt floating in it. No fire pits lighted out back.

An excellent hotel with wonderful amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will return again soon.

The staff made sure we had a fan as requested. My mother needed a handicap room but they didn't have one. The staff gave us a riser for the toilet which helped a great deal.

The breakfast was underwhelming. The "hot" food was cold. I was really looking forward to biscuits with sausage gravy but they didn't have it. I would like to see a clock in the pool/hot tub area.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

I liked the salt water pool and hot tub!!! The patio and grounds were beautiful. I liked the mini kitchen area, space, counter and bar stools. The shower was so spacious and modern.

We had 2 queens beds and it was nice to have the night stand in the middle but if you are sharing a bed there needed to be one on the other side between the bed and the window.

Very clean! Breakfast was yummy and the ladies kept everything stocked very well. They were very helpful and friendly!

When checking in the lady at the front desk didn't really know what she was doing. She almost charged me double for my rooms. I caught her before she ran my card. The same lady wasn't very friendly or helpful. We asked for the fire pits on the back patio to be lit and her response was, "you really don't want those lit, it's cold outside," and then proceeded to ask my husband if he could light it. Which he did not. Also the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable! The pool had so much chlorine that it burnt your eyes when you walked in!

A great place for a quiet, peaceful overnight getaway.

It was clean, spacious, and in a great location Loved the salt water hot tub and the fresh baked cinnamon rolls at breakfast.

It was a bit expensive. Could only afford 1 night. The back entrance doors would not open in the morning for us to get our luggage to the car with a cart easily.

Over over high smell of chlorine burning everyone’s eyes when the hot tub came on . Our bed had the center sag :( We never filed a complaint when we were there because it was busy and crazy crowded .

I remember the first time we stayed and the amazing hotel we remember it being, but not this time

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Hotel was clean.

The room was right next to the stair case and at times it was quite loud as people came and went, as the door slammed every time. Also, the room was very difficult to cool down. The AC was on when we arrived and set to 70 degrees. We attempted to get it cooler in the room, but were unsuccessful. I ended up opening up the sliding door to let cool night air in to cool things off.

The courtyard, fire pit and rockers were very relaxing.

My start was a little bumpy, she told me my room number but wrote the wrong number on my card, so I had to go back and get that corrected and in my bed was a HUGE colorful bug (alive), the front desk girl said it was a junebug. When I opened my curtains, all I could see was the roof of the pavilion in the courtyard, that was a little disappointing.
