Nice building, very clean, great parking. Hyatt staff very helpful and polite. Hyatt shuttle and driver very accommodating.

Front desk provided no support. No pool towels were provided in our unit. There was at least 2 inches of dust and grime on the vent hood above the cooktop. Toilet in bathroom runs constantly. Heat could never be controlled properly.

When we arrived after 10 hours of travel, we were told by front desk that the unit was double booked and to call lespri
We could not reach lespri, either number
Finally Hyatt staff realized a mistake
Lespri can into the apartment un announced several times

The furnishings were great. Loved the channel selections on the tv. Game room, pool, saunas and gym were super fun.
Lots of construction around the area. Woke up to hammers, cranes and chainsaws. Thinking the price should be lowered a bit until construction in the area is complete.
