The location. Easy access to places of importance to me.

We had a cruise the next day and it's so close to the port and it's a very convenient location. Everything is closer to your footsteps. It's a really good place for a shortstay and and it's not expensive at all. Owners are really great and very helpful.

The family that runs it is exceptional. Anything you need they are there to assist you. Neighborhood is not the greatest.

It seemed kind of clean but smelled musty.
Location is sketchy and a lot of marijuana smoke smell.
