Parking is right out front, you get a complementary wine tasting, or choice of trying a beer or cider. Lake view is beautiful! Staff is very friendly! Will return!

The room itself at the Inn was nice with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Plenty of space with a little couch as well. The staff was excellent. We ate and had drinks at stonecutters the first night and Edgars for valentine's day. Edgars has a cool little bar area that is worth checking out if you can.
The shower was a little strange, had 2 separate shower heads on each end of the shower and while it's a cool idea, it was very difficult to get the right temperature. Not a huge deal obviously but just something to mention. Edgars food was a little bit of a disappointment for Valentine's day. None of the 4 of us loved our meal, but the waiter was great and he made our meal very enjoyable. The ambience of the castle is worth going.

Property was great, nice location, good view of the Seneca Lake, quiet, etc. All in all a great getaway.
Dinner could have been better. Traditional continental breakfast was disappointing. We ate in main dining room and service was slow and entrees were just okay.

For an expensive hotel the grout in shower was missing in places. The in room coffee was so bad I couldn’t drink it. King size bed with 2 very thin pillows.
