A slice of Paradise.

The unit we stayed in was complete with dishwasher, dishes, cups, glasses and all utensils, Washer and dryer. Coffee and washing powder was provided upon request at the front desk. Two bedrooms, two bath with a foldout bed in the couch. Plenty of room for three couples. Our unit was on the very end of the building with a beautiful view of the ocean. Screened in porch with table and couch was very comfortable for relaxing. The temperatures during our stay were a little too cold to use the beautiful pool, but we did get to use the jacuzzi.

There is an additional, resort fee charge when checking out. It does not come up as an upfront cost on booking.com It did show up however, on the confirmation email. It was my bad. I did not notice it. It would not keep me from staying there again. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property loved the view from our room and the pool and jacuzzi was great we got some cold weather but it was stilll a great time loved our room and easy to uber to downtown great restaurant next door called the Tavern on the town fabulous food

A very nice and spacious apartment at a nice and quiet location

The hotel is not far from Key West (5 minutes driving and 15 minutes with bike) but it is in a very quiet and location. The apartment was very spacious, very well equipped with a very nice balcony/terrace.

There were no negative experiences. Since the weather was on the cool side, we could not try the quite nice looking pool.

Everything at that place is perfect. Room size. Floor plan. Equipment inside the room. Pool. Hot Tub. Grounds. There are nothing bad I can say about this place. It is our prime spot now when going to Key West.

Beautiful property, enjoyable stay

Overall, had such a lovely experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, from the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a peaceful, well-kept oasis. The grounds are spotless, the decor is tasteful, and everything feels inviting. One morning, the breakfast truly exceeded my expectations.

There were issues that made the experience feel less guest-friendly than expected. The mandatory checkout time at 10:00 AM combined with a 4:00 PM check-in creates a six-hour gap where the villa is unavailable to guests, which feels unreasonable. Upon request, hotel was not able to offer even a 30-minute late checkout, due to cleaning. Additionally, the printed instructions asking guests to strip the beds, run the dishwasher, remove trash, and sort used towels seemed out of place considering the cost of the stay and the required resort fee. These tasks might be appropriate for a rental condo, but not for a Hyatt Vacation Club property. Once again, the stay itself was nice, but the lack of flexibility and the extra responsibilities placed on guests created the impression that the value was not consistent with the price.

For us it was great that it was a little bit out of the main streets of Key West. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with the enclosed balcony and the pool area and bar were just what we wanted after a day of walking around.

It was a great place with everything you need. It’s like a small city in big country. First of all, I want to say thanks for a front desk girls! They helped us to get our apartment 1.5 hr before check in time. They were so nice and pretty fast. Grill zone, amazing pool with jacuzzi, own pier, play zone for kids, under building parking! Every morning you could grab aromatic coffee. Our 2 bedroom appt was amazing and thought out to the smallest details. It was one of the best vacation on Florida. Thanks Hyatt team.

It's not that I didn't like it, it's more of a recommendation. 1. We didn’t have a team kettle in apartment. 2. It would be nice if there was an umbrella for the beach in the room.

Staff front desk. I went in and explained my situation around 8pm. The male black staff member did not want to deal with me. As people came I he dismissed me had he given me the info I needed I’d have been out of his hair 20 minutes sooner He finally gave me the 800 number but did not give me pen nor paper and he had no intention of writing the number I am plat else for life with Marriott. I had thought of switching to Hyatt. That will not happen. Ever

Great hotel, would definitely look to book again

Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to see the whole facilities further than the room, but from what we did see everything looked lovely. The room was fab for our party of 5, enough space etc, very clean and ideal for what we needed.

The washrooms in the room are nice

This is probably one of the worst leisure resort hotels I’ve ever stayed at. First, the check-in time is very inconvenient—check-in is only available after 4 PM, but check-out is at 10 AM. When I arrived around 3 PM, I was told there was only one toilet available for the entire hotel, which smelled terrible and was quite disgusting. Second, there are absolutely no services or amenities within the hotel. There are no restaurants inside; the only stall near the pool is outsourced, and the staff there was quite rude and unfriendly. The food options are limited and extremely expensive—costing us nearly USD 100 for just two drinks and some sandwiches/tacos. Third, regarding service, I didn’t see any lifeguard around the pool, nor staff to assist us with our room or to guide us around the hotel. The body wash provided was very little in both the bathroom and upon arrival. We tried calling the concierge/helpline multiple times for over 10 minutes, but no one answered. Eventually, we had to walk to the reception to ask for it ourselves. When someone finally brought the body wash, the staff member appeared tired and rude, only saying two words: “body wash, bye.” I was left shocked—this is not what one expects from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not up to standard.

Scammed by AL who is with Hyatt Vacations. Talked into listening to a sales presentation and I still do not have my $300 credit card promised. You should not feed of older people staying there to sale them time shares! It's a scam and with people like Al, it's even worse. I will not stay at Hyatt anymore because of him and the process.
