The location was ideal for our four night stay. We could walk all of the downtown area to enjoy shops and restaurants and the library. I liked the large lobby.
The front entrance near the reception desk needs attention—-too loud. Apparently the roller bushing are severely worn. No microwave in the room.

The location is very convenient for Downtown Lancaster. Staff very friendly and helpful. There are 3 lifts, so little or no waiting. The room is a good size, with a comfortable bed and good storage. Good WiFI and Shower. Generally quiet. Having a pool is handy. Breakfast is OK.

Hotel was clean. Booking front desk people were kind of cranky
The parking was not expected to pay above the booking rate. We had a pickup truck and had to park across the street. Dinner was ok nothing exceptional. Kind of pricy for what we received
