Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

Our room did not have a river view but the restaurant did and it was a wonderful breakfast. Were in town one night for an event and weren't able to take advantage of the pool, exercise room and dinner dining.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitelystay here again.

Liked the layout of the property. Outdoor pool, jacuzzi and weight room on one side of the property with the restaurant on the other side. Staff was very nice and the food good

The patio concrete needs some repair. My husband’s foot hit some uneven concrete and he went tumbling. Fortunately he didn’t break anything, but is very sore and bruised. He never will admit hurting, so this accident really did take a-lot out of him.

Great location, with good food, friendly staff.

Great riverfront room that offered direct access to the river. The restaurant was delicious and had great views, with very attentive staff. Enjoyed being able to have my dog stay in the room with me.

It was a bit expensive for one one-night stay. The pool and hot tub we both closed for maintenance.

Great view, not so great AC

We had a room with balcony overlooking the river and a beautiful view!

I wish they had the split air-conditioners. They have what I think of as old style through the wall air conditioners and ours was loud and at night, automatically shutting itself down and letting the room get too warm I slept poorly for three nights because of it 😔

A nice clean place, with great staff, but a little spendy.

I liked the location. It was right on the river and right off the freeway. It was easy to find, and the river views from the dinning room were amazing.

I don’t think the access to the registration room/ restaurant was very handicap accessible. we parked in the parking lot in front of the main building and there were several deep steps up to the building. The “accessible” path was a ramp that led to the west wing building to catch an elevator up to the second floor then walk across a bridge to the main building, then to the registration desk. It was quite a long walk for a handicapped person. This is also the same building for the restaurant, which is also on the second floor. There were no restrooms in the restaurant. They were located by the registration desk, and those restrooms didn’t have handicapped stalls. The accessible restrooms were in the west wing.

Friendly staff, huge room, easy access to riverside walk. Worth every penny!

Our room was huge, and was easy to transport our luggage through patio to the car. Also, staff members were extremely friendly.

Amazing location, delicious food, great big suite!

We stayed in the Oneonta suite & it was gorgeous- perfect for us and our 22 yr old daughter as it had 2 king beds and a bedroom that you can close the door. Loved the balcony overlooking the river too. The breakfast was all organic and so delicious- loved that they had gluten and dairy free options too! The eggs felt like they were fresh from the farm and the homemade granola with the homemade coconut yogurt was absolutely to die for! My husband also loved the baked oatmeal. Loved the free wine tasting too!

You could hear the people in the rooms upstairs when they walked - so the floors and walls were thin:( The coffee both in the room and the restaurant was terrible! Super watery and no flavor. With everything else so perfect, you would think the coffee would be too or at least they should invest in a couple espresso machines..

Water front was amazing and very peaceful on the river. We also enjoyed the free parking, WiFi, coffee, and a relaxing pool on the river.

Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Room was clean. The river side rooms (I didn't have one, but my friend did) have a patio to enjoy the scenery.

The location on the river trail was great. The food at the restaurant was good.

Couldn’t use the fire pits (only available in the winter). The west wing is outdated. Staff had lots of rules and were not very accommodating.

The pool and hot tub area very nice. Beautiful views all around perfect location. Very clean. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our refrigerator didn't work, and she brought us a working one within 15 minutes. Quiet, comfortable with lots of parking.

Gorgeous

Riverside, gorgeous views. 1 mile walk to waterfront restaurants or downtown (flat, pretty, easy walking path, no big deal). Lovely property all around. Nice bar and restaurant is very good with lots of outdoor seating overlooking the river. Heated pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna are right on the water with gorgeous views. Checkin/out easy, checked in early and gave us 30 extra min on checkout.

Half the plugs in our room didn’t work. Lots of cobwebs in upper windows, like a lot. Requested a later check out, was given 30m and on the dot housekeeping pounded on the door (we were leaving just then). Pool cold first day, towels tiny. Fire pit didn’t work, no cushions in chairs despite no rain. Heads up, if you book direct you get a $10 per adult food/beverage credit, $5 per kid, but not through booking.com so compare prices. Pillows need updating.

Far better than I could have expected, what a great hotel

Unbelievably beautiful location, better than photos online suggest. Would recommend a river view, worth the extra. Rooms very comfortable and quiet. Pool wonderful with views of the river. Riverside restaurant attached is excellent and would definitely recommend

Room was small for price. West side very hot. Air not working well 80’ in room. Asked for river side denied due to outside booking. Discovered blood on sheet (I am sure front desk thought it was mine) it wasn’t. The location is best in hood river but air needs upgrade for price of room.
