Great in every way! Awesome value. Bar - drinks and food - were outstanding!

Great new updated patio that looked at the river and bridge, nice staff everywhere, good bar staff and drinks with fair prices for a hotel.

Room 256 PTAC unit has a loud noise that sounds like gravel in it when the heater starts up and would wake us up at night. Needs to be fixed.

Beautiful location.

The WiFi network and connection were unstable making remote work difficult. The business center was too small with single desk. I had requested to use a private space since there were many empty meeting rooms but was told this would be an additional charge. Unfortunate since there wasn’t enough space to have a private meeting in the business center. Our TV had to be reset twice. First it was unable to connect to internet then the dish channels stopped working. This made our two night stay challenging for both work and leisure. Though our door hanger was on, we were awoken to a cleaner knocking on the wrong door our first morning. Startling our pets, thus waking my kids. Not an ideal holiday.

Facilities. The rooms were great, so was the pool and hot tubs.

I booked 2 rooms on a Saturday for an overnight holiday stay with my family. Saturday evening was very nice. Sunday morning, we had planned to eat breakfast and then use the hot tubs before checkout at 11. We were seated for breakfast at 9:30 and ordered. By 10, then food still had not arrived. I went to the front desk to request a late checkout of 11:30 or noon and explained. I was met with a hard, unfriendly, unapologetic "NO" from the woman at the front desk. I tried to explain what was happening and again a rude, No, the hotel is fully booked and we need to clean the rooms. I went back to my table and the food did not arrive until 10:25. A full 55 mins after ordering! And, 2 of the dishes were cold and had to be sent back to warm in a microwave! By the time we were finished, we had 10 mins to gather things and leave. This was very poor customer service. Especially for the prices. We spent a lot of money on 2 rooms and food. I would highly recommend avoiding breakfast here. And, don't expect any accommodations from front desk staff.

Location, View, Dining and Lounge. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Our room, 235, was very stuffy, unable to get the air moving. The smell of the cleaning products created some irritation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the large desk, refrigerator and microwave. My room had a view of the river and bridge, and that was awesome. The facility was also nice and well-kept, and I thought it was a good value for the money.
