Extremely clean. Very quiet. Nice breakfast. Shower in my individual room was a tight squeeze, but clean and I managed. Walking distance ti Febway Park was a plus.
Nothing really, aside from the tiny shower space.

The staff was very helpful in explaining all of the necessary information for our stay, as well as helping to store our luggage when needed. They were also able to consolidate our two reservations into one, so we didn't have to change rooms in the middle of our stay. That was appreciated.
An elevator, but I'm sure that is not an option. The room was smaller than expected, but it worked for our needs. Overall, it was a good place to stay near all of the activities we wanted to do in Boston.
