Nice little guest house in a prime location in Back Bay. Clean and well organized. A decent breakfast.
The double bed was quite narrow. The young man at the reception was not service-minded. Not unfriendly, just anaemic. He should learn from his more experienced and friendly colleague.

I loved the location to Fenway Park and the neighborhood, too. I loved the old fashioned feel of the place and how it felt like a home, more than a hotel.
Felt it was a bit pricey, but overall, a wonderful experience.
