This place needs a SERIOUS intervention

It was quiet.

The first room was so disgusting I asked for a different room. It had lots of hair in the bed, white powder in the drawers, missing light builds, and I'm pretty sure there was urine on the wall. The replacement room didn't smell as bad as the first, but the sheets still looked slept in. I just asked for clean sheets and changed them myself.

Overall, it was a good stay.

Killed a roach crawling up the wall the morning we left. All I could see out of my window was the A/C units for the hotel.

My day was good

The property was very nice. It was easy and easy out access to the roads.

The most thing that I didn’t like about the property was my room. The TV didn’t work. I couldn’t turn the volume up or down or change channels. The shades was broken. I couldn’t close them all the way.

The property was nice with the surrounding areas and businesses it made it easy for In-N-Out necessities

The most I didn’t like is the room I had reserved. They did not have it and the air conditioner didn’t work the first night and we slept in a hot room. They moved us the next morning to a different room and it was there.

The rooms smelled bad like the Carpets was mildew had to go buy febreze just to stay the Elevator kept going out and when we flush the Toilet it was loud like the toilet was about to come apart the bed was comfortable

Absolutely horrible will never stay again

The entire stay. The elevator didn’t work half of the time. The pool was disgusting. The rooms were not fully clean when first getting there. Had to move rooms due to a broke air conditioner. Breakfast was very disgusting not even eatable. Cops were always getting called there for whatever reason. I meth pipe was found under one of the mattresses. They refused to restock the room our entire stay. We had to go to the front desk each time to ask for supplies, even them we would not get what we asked for.

My room was satisfactory at first sight, but I saw mold on my mattress.

I liked the price. FULL STOP

None of the common areas were air conditioned. Only one elevator worked and buttons were missing. The breakfast was subpar at best. It was untidy, unsanitary, and no meat. The "key entry only" doors were ALWAYS unlocked. There was an abundance of "unsavory characters" about the property EVERY TIME we ventured out, no matter the time.

Couldn’t eat the breakfast because there was roaches crawling around the breakfast. The room smelled like sour milk, the air conditioner had mold on the vent, had to unplug the microwave to use the the refrigerator. The elevator is falling apart and only has one working and most of the time when you need to go down you have to ride up then down. The lady at the desk on my last evening was not very professional I asked for a couple blankets and made me feel like I was asking for too much. The man that checked me in was amazingly nice! This place needs a lot of work and the pool needs cleaned.

trash place with no effort to make it better in any way

tv did not work , went to front desk 6 times before they changed the TV , could not wait two hours after 7 hours of driving just to chill and watch TV . No way to get ahold of the front desk . Had to change rooms after conplaining many times about it . They DO NOT answer the phone ( called by cell phone . Room phone did not work .

Elevator buttons were missing with exposed wires . Did not want to ride the elevator in fear of getting stuck . A/C was moldy and full of dust .

The remote was taped together. Couldn’t turn the sound up or down. The breakfast didn’t look very appetizing. The desk chair needs to be replaced. The whole place needs an update.

Disappointing

Repair guy for tv was very nice but couldn’t get volume on but may have been language problem. I waited till he left used the directions on screen and able to increase volume even though remote still wouldnot. Breakfast good.

Building in need of repair. Room ok but elevator had missing numbers and special instruction on how to use. Elevator arrows on wall - some missing or broke. Ice machine on our floor not working. Air in lobby not working. Tv remote not working

"The hotel's exterior looked nice, but unfortunately, my stay was unpleasant from the start. The experience was disappointing, and I was ready to leave as soon as I arrived. Or, more concisely: "Nice outside, horrible experience inside. Was ready to leave from day one." Let me know if you'd like more variations!

Fine for just a night's stay.

It was clean and did include a small breakfast.

Damage to walls, covered by paint. Breakfast was very minimal and it took a while for things that were ran out to be refilled, even though there was only a few of us at breakfast. The staff were not rude, but they also made no attempt to make eye contact, say good morning, or interact with the guests at all.

Terrible experience-location needs attendance and work

Very little Check in was easy. Room was only surface cleaned, breakfast was awful with no butter or jelly and gravy was cold-there was no one to ask for help

room could have been much cleaner, phone did not work, alarm clock could not be reset, only one set of towels in bathroom and by 6pm the second nite when we returned to room, it had not been cleaned or bed made-we checked out.

Horrible dirty exhausting road trip stop

Location

The bugs we found in our shower the goop on the cabinet in the other room. Got moved and one room had a tv that didn’t work( taped together) hot tub hadn’t been working for months. Only 1 elevator working alot of dirty areas. Took 2 hours to get settled in Obviously should have left but it was late and traveling with my 92 year old mom Afraid to eat the free breakfast Night staff sympathetic. Day staff was very rude

The curtains were outdated and wasn’t the right size also the A/C unit is very outdated. The breakfast was very different No Meat, only bread, pancakes, cereal and the only fruit was apples.

Found bugs in the room. Room was extremely dirty. Also was very run down. Extreme smell and room and also hall. How to leave and pay for another hotel. There is no way my family is going to stay in that kind of room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The 2 ladies ar check in were not only friendly and helpful but also very entertaining.

The 'hot tub", was ice cold! This was one of the amenities that caused me to choose this location. I was looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hottub, that however was not very relaxing.

Don’t stay here anywhere is pretty much better option

I’m surprised this property passes health code standards. There’s mold everywhere holes in the wall. Build up on the walls and doors of grease. It’s very dark very dirty. Ripped up stained. I left couldn’t stay here so nasty read the current reviews not the old reviews staff is nice it’s not their fault. This place is in disarray. This place needs some serious, renovations. Even the newly remodeled rooms need to actually be remodeled and renovated… Stay at the comfort inn, or the Marriott in Texarkana.

Nothing I’m surprised the elevator even passes inspection, and the other one is broken. It’s very awful.
