Slum dog hotel

Everything. There was furniture and old mattress stacked in the back car park, visible from the front desk area. The 1 working elevator had half its floor tiles ripped up, leaving a trip hazard.( my wife walks with a stick as she's disabled ) The brackets for the handrail were hanging off the 3 walls ( eye level for children ). In the hallway next to the elevators were more tables stacked up and a shopping trolly ? The bedroom smelt faintly of urine, and the carpet was sticky. There were urine stains around the base of the toilet ( hadn't been cleaned ). There were pieces of rubbish/food between the bed and the side table( not been hoovered properly). There was only 1 cup for drinks and no milks. When I asked at the front desk for milk, the lad said we don't have any ??? We slept on top of the bed as we were afraid to see what was under the covers. When we went for breakfast, we found more desks/mattresses and dusty furniture stacked behind the glass doors of the rooms opposite. We should have gone somewhere else, but we'd just finished a 6-hour journey.

We booked same day and just needed a cheap pet friendly room for the night. Checkin was easy and the reception staff were friendly

The hotel is being renovated and we got an old room (unsure if this is because we had a pet). The room was very dated and although the bedding was clean the room wasn’t. The heating didn’t work well and the bedding wasn’t warm so it wasn’t a comfortable nights sleep.

Great breakfast to stay for if you can overlook the renovation mess.

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. This hotel is right in the middle of a renovation. Whomever is doing the painting for them needs to quit & let a professional do it. The elevator floor was partially peeled up.

The bolt locks were busted like the doors had been kicked in. Also had someone smoking on our floor and you could smell it in our room. Loud doors closing all night long. Something suspicious about this place.

Horrific

We didn’t even stay here after two rooms had visible mold in the air conditioner and on the lamps in the room. The building was in disrepair the elevator was scary with an exposed fan and dents all over the walls. The entire floor they tried to place us on had humidity issues and horrible smells. I couldn’t believe this place had other people staying in it. The parking lot was full of old busted furniture. Nothing looked clean.

The property is under construction. People should be told that before hand. I’m from out of state. Rooms especially tubs and mattresses are in bad shape. noisy. Nasty. Smelly. Rode down the elevator with a couple and the girl had to keep her nose covered that’s how bad it is. Asked for my money back but lucky for them they kept it. That’s really sorry too. Their fault they should have returned my money.

This place needs a SERIOUS intervention

It was quiet.

The first room was so disgusting I asked for a different room. It had lots of hair in the bed, white powder in the drawers, missing light builds, and I'm pretty sure there was urine on the wall. The replacement room didn't smell as bad as the first, but the sheets still looked slept in. I just asked for clean sheets and changed them myself.

The property was very nice. It was easy and easy out access to the roads.

The most thing that I didn’t like about the property was my room. The TV didn’t work. I couldn’t turn the volume up or down or change channels. The shades was broken. I couldn’t close them all the way.

The most I didn’t like is the room I had reserved. They did not have it and the air conditioner didn’t work the first night and we slept in a hot room. They moved us the next morning to a different room and it was there.

The entire stay. The elevator didn’t work half of the time. The pool was disgusting. The rooms were not fully clean when first getting there. Had to move rooms due to a broke air conditioner. Breakfast was very disgusting not even eatable. Cops were always getting called there for whatever reason. I meth pipe was found under one of the mattresses. They refused to restock the room our entire stay. We had to go to the front desk each time to ask for supplies, even them we would not get what we asked for.

None of the common areas were air conditioned. Only one elevator worked and buttons were missing. The breakfast was subpar at best. It was untidy, unsanitary, and no meat. The "key entry only" doors were ALWAYS unlocked. There was an abundance of "unsavory characters" about the property EVERY TIME we ventured out, no matter the time.

Couldn’t eat the breakfast because there was roaches crawling around the breakfast. The room smelled like sour milk, the air conditioner had mold on the vent, had to unplug the microwave to use the the refrigerator. The elevator is falling apart and only has one working and most of the time when you need to go down you have to ride up then down. The lady at the desk on my last evening was not very professional I asked for a couple blankets and made me feel like I was asking for too much. The man that checked me in was amazingly nice! This place needs a lot of work and the pool needs cleaned.

tv did not work , went to front desk 6 times before they changed the TV , could not wait two hours after 7 hours of driving just to chill and watch TV . No way to get ahold of the front desk . Had to change rooms after conplaining many times about it . They DO NOT answer the phone ( called by cell phone . Room phone did not work .

Elevator buttons were missing with exposed wires . Did not want to ride the elevator in fear of getting stuck . A/C was moldy and full of dust .

The remote was taped together. Couldn’t turn the sound up or down. The breakfast didn’t look very appetizing. The desk chair needs to be replaced. The whole place needs an update.

Repair guy for tv was very nice but couldn’t get volume on but may have been language problem. I waited till he left used the directions on screen and able to increase volume even though remote still wouldnot. Breakfast good.

It was clean and did include a small breakfast.

Damage to walls, covered by paint. Breakfast was very minimal and it took a while for things that were ran out to be refilled, even though there was only a few of us at breakfast. The staff were not rude, but they also made no attempt to make eye contact, say good morning, or interact with the guests at all.
