    We missed the cookies being at the front desk which were always delicious and a nice extra touch! Loved the Christmas decorations which made it look beautiful! Hotel and rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good as usual!

    Rooms and bedding are very clean which is the most important to me. The last stay I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast because I like eggs and they were egg patties that got a bit crunchy from sitting out for probably several hours since the breakfast is from 5am-9am. The desk chair should be thrown out because part of the arm cushion is missing and down to the wood and the frig was making some weird noises that were a bit annoying during the night. Overall, I would book this hotel again if it's $** less than other hotels because of it's cleanliness and friendliness!

    This is the best value in Cedar Falls for the price, cleanliness and breakfast! Friendly staff as well! No issues with bed bugs unlike a sister property in town. I would most definitely recommend this property!!

    Basic room with no frills. Postives: price was okay and the breakfast was appreciated. Negatives: no WiFi, no coffee maker in the room, a little noisy, and not the cleanest room I've been in
