One of the staff I met when I checked in was super helpful and friendly, the rest is ok. The location of the hotel is good, many restaurants and shops around it.
I tried to called for questions from my room but no one picked up ever. The shower pressure was so low that I don't feel like showering. Requested the hotel to send someone to check, only answer me after 2 days and from the app telling me there is nothing they can do.

This tiny hotel was a really welcoming place to stay for 3 days for work. The staff was lovely, my room was spotless and well appointed, and the complementary breakfast at a cafe around the corner was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. I'd come back.

The location was great. Close to shopping, metro and nice restaurants. Interior was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful too.
The place was under renovation. I knew this when booking and thought that it would be ok. But the luxurious and cute thing of this place was actually the courtyard and breakfast cafe. We got vouchers for a cafe nearby which was fine, but I would recommend to not book this hotel untill the renovation is done.
