I am finishing up medical school and was traveling to Manhattan to take a major exam. The room had a comfortable desk chair and spacious desk for me to study at. Bed slept comfortably and the area isn’t noisy, so I was able to get a good nights sleep before my exam. Also, the hotel is pretty close to restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend staying here.

It took me an hour to check in because they lost one of my room reservations.
The staff told me to call Agoda only for the staff to tell me while I was on the phone that the reservation was under a different name. Why would it be under a different name?
The rooms were clean.
Pretty awful breakfast. Why even serve breakfast?
The orange juice machine dispensed a dark orange puree, but it didn't dispense the water to mix it. Also, the coffee was awful.
Probably the strangest hotel experience I've ever had in America.
