Really nice condo, spacious and with nice facility, really good location near Universal Parks and near drug stores and cafes, great resort with pool and near a lake, seamless checkin and checkout experience.
One furniture piece had some dust on it, the sofa is comfortable but a bit low

It was close to Epic park and was nice to have a pool
And gym
It wasn’t well kept up with and was dirty. Lights didn’t work and things were in poor condition . We found hairs in the bathroom area when we arrived. The bathroom vanities are ADA height on a third floor with no elevator. It was uncomfortable to use them .

The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Overall experience was amazing in this apartment. The communal facilities are great whether you are a couple or a young family. Location was great, within a short Uber ride from everything Universal and fairly close to Disney. The parade of shops next to the complex offers huge convenience for groceries, as well as offering great dining options when we were feeling tired from walking around the parks and didn't want to travel too far.
Struggling to think of anything tbh.
