Very high spec decor and facilities. Excellent staff very quick to respond when we couldn’t work the car park. Great for Kennedy centre.
Slightly awkward interaction at the pool on each occasion we visited- overly amorous couple in hot tub, unable to work music which was very very loud (iPad available in clubhouse).

Everyone was super nice and helpful, free water refill and washer + dryer
The room was VERY dated. Lacked maintenance. Wifi was slow, sometimes even the tv wasn't loading correctly due to wifi. The rooms are not soundproof so you hear literally everything going on next door and outside. it's more of a motel rather than a hotel.
