Dirty and horrible all the way around!

Our room was dirty! Stains all over carpet and sheets. Dark and smelly room with thew worst pillows I've ever seen. The breakfast was horrible! Just a dribble coffee left, while workers were just sitting on phone at front desk. Orange juice was water. brunt waffles left in the waffle maker and the worst no water available or ice! Not a good experience!

Extremely uncomfortable

The pillows were terrible. The toilet seat looked like it had been used five over five million people are never replaced. The bed was uncomfortable. The floor was dirty and the room was overall cold

Abysmal property.

It was centrally located.

The window in my room was broken and held together by tape! The bathroom walls were moldy and in disrepair. The entire room smelled musty. The outdoor entrance door was cracked and broken, make in game feel insecure.

The room had a dirty carpet smell. Our TV didn’t work. We asked for help but there was none to be had. Not even batteries for the remote. Next morning It was 9am and there was no coffee in the breakfast room. The young lady said if it’s out, it’s out.

Nice place to stay for a night.

Convenient to highway access and other facilities for food and gas. Room was fairly clean but a bit outdated.

No elevator and bad knees are not a good thing. Property is in need of some repairs and upgrades. The smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap as if they were prepping to paint the room. And the toilet paper holder didn’t hold the roll of toilet paper. People were hanging out in the stairwell at the south end of the building which made me uncomfortable to enter that way by myself.

Dillon Super 8

Location was good. I got a decent price on the room because it was mud season. You could say that I got what I paid for. It was nice that breakfast was included and my son enjoyed being able to make a waffle. The towels were soft.

It didn’t feel very clean. The staff never spoke to you. The shower drain was already clogged with somebody else’s hair and the handle was full of rust and or black mold. The corners of the room were dusty. I never saw anyone wiping down surfaces, but I did see an old mop and bucket in the stairwell.

No elevator, our room was on the 3rd floor. For us no big deal but not suitable for someone with disabilities.

At check in, you should have a person who is more professional and has more experience. The younger gal with hot pink hair wasn't a good impression, sorry, and wasn't wearing any professional attire. This is a business, and this property should care about whom is representing it.

There was only one person working at the hotel. The first room we were put into had a broken door handle. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room. They didn't have a toothbrush to give me. There was not enough parking on site, so we had to park across the street. Also, the juice machine was broken and there was very limited selection at breakfast.

A very thin blanket so I was very cold, if I turned the heat on it got extremely hot even at the lowest level. So all night I had to get up and turn the heat on and then off
