Friendly, welcoming staff who could not have been more accommodating. I requested an early check-in because I arrived in the morning with my dog and they were able to check me in right away. The room was a good size with plenty of space for my 15 year old human and 13 year old dog. It was clean and on a brutally hot summer day, the air-conditioning was doing its job. They also have fresh baked cookies and wine out in the afternoon for the guests, which is a nice touch you don't expect at a Best Western. The building itself was also quite charming and I assume Best Western bought an existing property. Overall, for a fair price, this is a great choice if staying in this area.
I honestly liked it all. Don't go in expecting the Ritz Carlton and you won't be disappointed.

Location was great downtown Morristown. Ev charges. Friendly staff.
Pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. Walls paper thin. Breakfast coffee was terrible Food regular processed bland food.
