Stay at the confort inn.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included in the cost of the room.\n Was lacking in subsequence, does not even qualify as a continental breakfast. Very disappointing. The breakfast area is not handicapped friendly. Give a call for a person in a world.Chair to operate the hot waffle iron without getting burned. The handicap parking He's located between 50 to a 100 feet from the front door while directly in front of the entrance. Are several non handicap parking spaces. I found that to be ridiculous. I highly dealt that I will ever stay in another best western. Sincerity Gary Scott

I did not like the included breakfast. Comfort inn Provides a much better selection for breakfast items. I Did not like the location of the handicap parking.

Nice large comfortable king room.

I was expecting a full breakfast and not the very disappointing continental breakfast offered. Ended up going to another hotel close by and paid for a hearty breakfast to start the day.

Nice stay but don’t choose for the kitchen

Clean good location, we only stayed one night and had everything we needed

The kitchen is pointless as it has no equipment like plates pots pans cups etc. we didn’t need a kitchen but couldn’t see the point of it , the breakfast is just bagels and cereal. No changing facilities for the pool so you have to walk back to your room wet

The room is very nice, just as pictured (king suite).Nice amenities, bed was comfy, very clean. Location is great not far from shopping, restaurants,. Free parking. For the most part, it's a quiet location. I would recommend it. Although if you want breakfast there you have to pay extra each day,

The call at 3 in the morning with a complaint about are dog and noise the thing we don't own animals. it was hard to go back to sleep out of all the stays and it's been many we have never checked in with animals. I was very upset.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price.

The room was better than expected for the price. The kitchenette would be perfect for a person with an extended stay. The facilities were clean and updated.

The breakfast was pretty skimpy. The didn't offer scrambled eggs or breakfast meat, only hardboiled eggs as a protein source.

I would not come again to this hotel.

Front desk was helpful and had wonderful customer service.

I found a sock that was not ours, I found a beer can under the sink, kitchen stove was dirty, soap to wash your hands was after using the restroom was not pumping, my daughter kept finding little mini legos toys around the room and I was able to see dirt one floor.

breakfast food was decent but VERY few options and was the same every day, no variety. need to add some sort of pancake or waffle machine, and add more bread/muffin options like bagels and cream cheese. lobby floor needed mopped. stain spots were left on the lobby floor our entire stay.

We were on our way from LA to Las Vegas and just needed a quite night sleep on the way. We were verry happy to find out that we got a small apartment for our stay. One bedroom for my two boys, and one bedroom for myself, as well as a livingroom/kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Perfect and spacious. Free parking just outside the main entrance made it even better.

I am 7months pregnant I had to walk 2 flights of stairs. The elevator did not work for our two days stay . The internet did not work at all. We asked if the elevator was going to work the resection desk said no. Seeing my condition I should of been offered room in the first floor.

I love the location the size of the room the beds were very comfortable and the indoor swimming pool was wonderful for my grandsons

It was close to a lot of things, like the mall grocery store, bars , the bowling alley. And super close to Monarch arcade.

What I didn’t like about the property is that I stayed here for three days and there was no cleaning service for our room so there was a lot of built up trash.

Well I had booked for check in at 11:00am.then arriving and being told that check in is at 3:00pm. I also booked online for a non-smoking room.i have a child with asthma. The room next to me or across from me was smoking weed which was seeping into our room.I went up to front Desk to let the young lady know about my situation, to only be told that she has lysol for the smell.so I mentioned that the room that I paid for is non-smoking and I have a child with asthma. Then to only be asked who checked me in?I replied you where here when I checked in.so I asked her to follow me backed to my room so that she can smell it for her self.and she said oh it's the room next to you.still all night!! My daughter had was suffering!!if you book non-smoking, which was displayed on every door number down the hall! Like come on that's what I paid for!!and fir front Desk to make it seem like that's my problem is just so unprofessional. Oh and for the morning bonus the was no creamer no snacks ,nothing! I really picked this hotel so my kids could could get up in the morning for a small breakfast that was advertised!be by 7:30 am all there was black coffee....

Room had 3 queen beds, that was only reason we stayed there after checkin, we were tired after long work day so we just crashed there

It was horrible, half of light bulbs were bad not working, some light swiched were broken, and had drywall patches everwere, it was so bad i didn't even take a shower

This was the filthiest, untogether, disappointment (esp. disappointed with booking.com for not helping with getting me a refund and most important they never even answered my messages about my horrible room, even though they messaged me saying one of their staff would get back with me within 24 hours) Lies.

There was nothing to like . It felt like a druggies Hangout. I was literally scared to e there.
