This place is 2 hours drive from arches national park. It is in Blanding n not in Moab. Will recommend this place for their staff. the breakfast is nothing warm. We got cold chia pudding n cinnamon rolls. The second day we didn’t go for breakfast. Rest we had a relaxed time there.

One night here cost more than 3 nights at the St. George Inn and Suites where we had stayed in a similar family suite. That one came with a free breakfast too. I know Bryce Pioneer Village is in a prime location for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park, but compared to what we'd just experienced elsewhere for 1/3 the cost, I was a little disappointed. Pros: 1. The freezer in the mini fridge did a decent enough job. It did freeze our ice packs solid, but it kept them melting/thawing any further once we transferred them from our cooler. 2. In addition to the table with two chairs, there were also two stools. When we moved the table so 2 people could sit at the foot of a bed, we could fit our whole family of six around it for playing games. 3. The soap was really surprisingly nice. Lathers great and was a generous size. 4. I appreciated having a black washcloth specifically for wiping away cosmetics, so I didn't have to worry about a smudge of makeup staining a white towel and being charged for it. 5. I was a little sad we only stayed one night because there were so many fun things to do on the property. Giant lawn chess and connect four, a fire pit, pool and spa, a bunch of bench swings all facing each other in a circle. 6. The staff was super helpful and friendly. 7. Location was lovely. We had deer grazing out our window at sunset. And it was plenty close to the park. Especially Mossy Cave Trail (which doesn't require a park fee to access and is definitely worth the hike). Cons: 1. The bed over by the bathroom didn't have any nightstands or side lamps or outlets by it. I had to charge my phone in the the bathroom, balanced on the edge of the edge of the sink. Also, the door to the bathroom was maybe 18" from the edge of the bed. It felt a little too cozy in that regard. 2. It sleeps six people, but it doesn't have near enough outlets for 6 people. Most of the outlets were half way up the wall, so unless your charging cord was 3-4 feet long, or you had a built in shelf with your plug, you couldn't charge your phone there. We ended up charging 2 kids devices by the extra sink, pulling a stool up under a high outlet to charge phones for the other two, I charged my phone in the bathroom, and since there wasn't enough space on the edge of the sink for a second phone, my husband had to unplug the microwave to charge his phone. 3. While there is free wi-fi, it only worked about 20% of the time we were there. 4. All the beds have thick wooden poles/thin logs forming the headboard (head rail?) and they were really uncomfortable to sit up against. I would have preferred just having the plain wall behind me to lead against. If you used two pillow behind you, it was bearable, but each bed only came with three pillows, so there wasn't enough for 2 pillows each. 5. There was only 1 TV, and it was relatively small and hanging directly in front of one of the queen beds. The bed next to it could still watch from an angle. The third bed couldn't see the TV at all. 6. Felt very sparse on storage. There wasn't a separate closet, just a clothes rod hanging in the corner of the room. No dressers/drawers, luggage stand, kitchenette drawers/cupboards, etc.

Cozy with old western atmosphere. The gas station next door, which I heard run by the family member has good meal menus

Bryce Pioneer Village was cute and fine, but we were surprised at how small the rooms and beds were. There were three of us, and it was very cramped when we were in the room. Everything else was fine.
