    well, we arrived and the room they wanted to give us was still dirty. As Wyndham goal members, we asked for a late checkout they said call back in the morning to see if you can have it. Call next morning they gave us one hour instead of two that were allowed as a gold member. Excuse was all the housekeepers were already there to work. Well, they could’ve started on the other end of the hotel and done our room last as goal members. Dayshift front desk was rude.
