Wonderful staff great price lousy beds

The staff was very nice. The pool looked wonderful.

Maybe it’s just me but I could not sleep. I was so uncomfortable the whole night. The headboards are so low that you bash your head on them every time you roll over. I literally woke up with a migraine. My bathtub showerhead dripped all night and the bathroom sink drain slow. Then my heater/air conditioner, rattled and pinged all night. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 10 AM but when my husband went down at 8:30, there was no bread there were no eggs basically everything was gone and not being restocked and there was still an hour and a half in breakfast. I won’t return here.

It started out good but went down hill by bedtime.

location is close to my destination, indoor heated pool, room location and set up, close to amenities, comfortable mattress, breakfast.

door closest to my room would not lock after it was opened and then on the second day it would not open at all, the next closest door would not open either on the second day, the room had cobwebs that were dusty so they had been there a while, the sheets on the bed had some sort of gritty crumbs under the blanket to the sheet and from the sheet to the fitted sheet and there was blood or something red on the fitted sheet on one side of the bed, not clean, the shower curtain was too short to stay in the tub while you showered.

Clean sheets and comfy beds. House keeping needs a refresher course on some things.

Breakfast was good. Satisfied my wife and I. The bathroom wasnt the cleanest but wasnt the worst I've ever had to use. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only hotel I would stay at when visiting family.

Ice bucket had something on and in it. My wife washed it for our use. Seemed to be the same substance on the wall.

Stay was less than average - have stayed at Baymont's before - this one badly needs a refresh.

Close to event I was attending.

Bathroom is in dire need of a good cleaning and updating - there was shampoo or lotion splashed all over one of the bathroom walls. There was only one wash cloth and we had to ask for more. Breakfast was not great - the second day the only warm item was sausage - no eggs. No fruit or bread for toast.

Location was wonderful. The bed was the best. Staff was exceptionally nice.

The lamp on the table/desk by window did not have a way to turn it off; it was on when I first entered. So I unplugged it. Also, the bulb in the bathroom ceiling went out and it couldn;t be fixed until Monday. I used the heat lamp when I was in the bathroom to light the room.

Anniversary weekend.

Great location. Omg the beds are so comfortable, and the room was so clean. Very quiet. Amazing pool and good breakfast. My wife left her purse in the room. We live 3 hrs away. Jessica, the house cleaner, found it and had the integrity to turn it in, and nothing was missing. We came back Sunday 9/28/25 to get it. We stayed Friday night and left Saturday. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Upset I didn't book another night. Jessica did an amazing job and deserves a nice raise. The entrance was very convenient and nice. Very hot showers and clean bathroom and very big bathroom. Also the toiletries was amazing. I even went and bought some.

Nightmare!!!!

I did not receive the room I paid for 4 months in advance of my visit. This was my 4 th year annually staying, I will not be back. I paid for a double Queen room as I was traveling with two adult grandchildren and I had to go buy a blow up mattress for one to sleep on the floor, and I had to share a bed in a double wide. 🤬 I reported this big mistake and I heard nothing not even an apology. I will not be back. I paid almost $200. 🤦‍♀️

Location was great. Carpet and beds were good except for the partial pop tart on the bedside table and floor. Rest of room and bathroom were well cleaned.

Great location, food & shopping within walking distance. Staff were very informational and pleasant. Very clean.

On the positive side the shower head and water pressure were excellent. The room in general including the bathroom was very small but was clean and had what anyone would need for a short stay

On the negative side I didn't like that it didn't have an elevator and I especially didn't like that there was no notification of that fact while you're booking the room. I never thought to ask and have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have one before. It only had 2 floors but if you have a lot of stuff to bring to your room or if you're older or disabled you would need to know that. Also our air conditioner in our room was very noisy and made one particularly unusual and annoying sound that I've never heard one make before

staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean. The pool was well maintained.

Disappointing...

Staff @ desk when we cked in was friendly, staff was super nice the 2nd day. The staff who cleaned rms etc very nice and always had a smile.

1st day lady in kitchen very friendly and pleasant and helpful but the rest of stay the other people were not friendly never smiled grumbled and served cold eggs, rock hard biscuts no milk as they could have ran to store to buy knowing they were out the day b4 finally day we left that's what they did. Extremely noisy even after 10 pm could hear teens/kids stumping up and down steps and even heard them cursing. We've stayed here for many yrs but will not be back.

Housekeeping excellent, facilities not so much

Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was very good. AC worked well. Room was clean.

Sink handle in room 119 wasn't attached to faucet hardware, it was workable but unacceptable. Should be fixed before room is rented again. Shower ceiling moldy with black mold in room 119. Room bathroom also dated with updates long over due, tiling, caucking, flooring. Continental breakfast barely passable as breakfast, coffee so weak not really passable as coffee.

Stay at the Baymont

The staff was very friendly and nice. And the continental breakfast was good.

The key door in the back letting people in would not shut automatically. The key lock going into our room was hard to use. There would be a bright flash of light ever so often at night in the room.
