Smells like weed, tobacco and excessive air freshener.

Nothing.

The building and sorroundings smell like weed and tobacco. The room (non smoking) was full of air freshener, so much that we were coughing, that was rapidly changed by the real tobacco scent that they were trying to mask. An hour or so after our arrival, we were already in bed, and they called from reception to ask about a luggage cart waking us up. We left the next day even though we had 2 nights.

Location was fine.

For breakfast the coffee had run out. There was no other choice but waffles and juice. I was going to let a staff member know about the coffee but overheard her say that clients were to needed that morning, so I didn't want to ask her for coffee. Another thing was that I couldn't take food back to the room. I wanted to take breakfast for my husband and daughter to eat comfortable in the room.

I liked that we had the end room on the hallway, and they upgraded our room to a larger king due to my client being in a wheelchair

It was a non smoking room, but the blankets had huge burn holes in it, the carpets were all stained up, the other rooms were full of kids and families that were loud all night long, the breakfast was nasty, only bread or waffles, the sliding glass doors weren’t on tracks and we had to pry it open with a screwdriver just to get it to open and they don’t lock, so that’s scary.

The price was decent but you get what you pay for .

Pool was closed and continental breakfast wasnt available. The elevator kept breaking down and there was tweakers in parking lot all day and night working on parked cars. I didnt receive an email about any of the amenities not available or i would of stayed somewhere else.The Wyndham brand is altogether bad and i wouldn't stay at any of thier facilities ever again.

Our hotel room was dirty. There were cigarette burns in our bedding. Pee on the wall in the bathroom. Hair in the shower. We didn’t stay our second night.

Disappointing, not restful, but better than remaining in the evacuation zone.

We don’t have a lot of choice where I live unless you’re willing to spend an awful lot of money. I stayed there previously when home repairs necessitated my going to a hotel. I was familiar with the location.

It was a difficult time for the community and I try to take that into account. Much of the community had been evacuated so things were a little chaotic. It started out pretty well I got a good room which accommodated my disability. The room was clean enough. But I stayed a week and housekeeping never came by. The first night somebody called ask if I needed new towels. That’s the last I heard or saw of them.Because of the smoke I stayed in my room, so I know I would’ve seen them had they come by. I would’ve passed out a housekeeping desired tag but there weren’t any.. I also stayed in the room because a lot of homeless people apparently were staying there. Some of the staff I mistook for the homeless. While they were not dirty, they were pretty unkempt. The manager seem to be wearing some sort of tailored clothes or uniform, but the rest of the staff thatI saw could’ve easily been mistaken for homeless. It was incredibly noisy. Part of it was the population and the fact a lot of people had dogs. But on more than one occasion members of the staff shouted down the hall that somebody needed towels or shouted down the hall to the particular room needed to be turned. They were louder than most of the guests and the guests were extremely noisy. I knew it was a more budget minded hotel, but if I wanted that kind of ambience, I would’ve stayed at the motel six around the corner which is well known for being pretty bad. This is not an easy review for me to write. I stayed for almost 8 months when my house was being repaired.I found the staff courteous and professional at that time. I can’t say the same now.

Staff, and amenities turned off early

Location, close to the town

Went down for breakfast at 7 am and nothing was there, the associate didn’t say anything just kept tapping on their phone. Asked for a shower chair, since all the disabled rooms were full, they said they would bring it up. Stayed three days, no breakfast and no shower chair. Check out is 11 am, tv channels were turned off at 10

Gang marking on the outside, Prior to my arrival, someone stole the back and batteries for the TV remote. Not at all what I expected. Waffles only, no juices, even though the sign said they were in the Frig. I felt more like I was in a motel 6 and not a Wyndham property. They tried to overcharge me. Thank goodness I had all my reservation paperwork.

1 of our 3 rooms smelled, fridge didn't work so room switched out. My room ok but inside top of microwave was very dirty so opted not to use. Third room was filthy. Dust bunnies on bathroom floor, syringe top on bathroom floor, hair on one side of bed on sheets and a gross stain. Hairs in the bathtub. It was as if the room wasn't even attempted to be clean. I didn't learn of this right away or would've had the room changed.

It was nice and clean. As a solo traveler I was glad to have even the small things like a fridge. It fit all my needs!
