Great location and value other than it being right next to a McDonald's where 18 wheelers park overnight. Rooms are small but adequate. Does include a modest breakfast. There is an indoor pool but would rather have updated linens and no extra charge for a first floor room.
Penalized if you want a first floor room, no elevator to reach the second floor rooms. Bathroom could be cleaner and the towels are rough, need to be replaced or bring your own. Noisy due to trucks parking at business next door.

This hotel was super clean and everything I expected for a quick overnighter. The staff were super friendly and check-in was simple and straightforward. I would absolutely stay here again!
It could have been a little more sound proofed. I could hear doors slamming in the hallway at 4am

The breakfast waffle was good with coffee. Plenty of places to sit and talk with fellow travelers.

Pricing was okay for a one night stay on the way home from vacation. Room was clean.
Towels felt damp. Toilet lid had to held up to use, toilet seat was loose. Bathtub slip mat had mold under it.
