There was NO breakfast offered. Although facility was older, it seemed well kept and clean. We had some ants to contend with but otherwise OK. I think compared to other offerings, the price was OK but should have been a bit lower for what you got.
Breakfast. Quality of linens and towels. Directions on how to use TV. Prefer king size beds.

No breakfast. Motel was fine inside, clean. Much better than I thought, looking at the outside
The outside was very un-inviting. If I hadn't booked and paid for this, I probably would have driven by it and picked the next one or so down the line. Looked like people were living out of some of the rooms, with junk piled out in front of the unit. Kinda a turn off

Very nice place to stay. The value was great! It was the perfect location for what we were there for.
It could have been cleaner. I noticed dog hair on the floor and it had a funky smell when we first got there.
