Lovely sunsets, nice location. Nice guests who stay there annually. Free parking.
Toilet had issues, bed comforter stiff.

Liked having seating by the water, and it was walkable to grocery stores, food, and the preserve. Also a short drive to Sombrero Beach which was the nicest beach around.
There were bright lights on outside all night and the curtains couldn’t totally block it out. I would suggest bringing a sleep mask if that bothers you.

The property had been vandalized so the outside amenities for lights under the water for night fishing were not there. They own a second hotel and allow them to use the beach area unable to use as it was over ran with the other hotel .. dogs off leashes attacked our dogs did not clean up after themselves dog crap .. very disappointed .. So the cheaper hotel could ruin our good time..
The tubs plumbing did not work properly standing in water while showering. .. allowing their second property to use pool and beach .. we were unable to use as they had completely over ran the pool and beach music loud not enough space for us.. dogs running wild I asked them to put there dogs on a leash as they were harassing our dogs ignored .. very disappointed no outside underwater lights .. this was a big one for me as I wanted to night fishi!! Very disappointed.. never again
They also added a dog fee was not on booking.com after I paid they informed me of fee.
I will not use them again
