The staff stole my prescribed medication. The house cleaner asked me that same morning whether my medication was missing and whether I needed the room cleaned. I told them no. I will ask for clean towels when we get back from the show. I also wrote them a complaint message through booking.com, and I haven't received a reply.

Price, location and staff. We've stayed here multiple times and each time has been exceptional. We love the location and its always quiet and such an easy walk to the parks.

There was obvious water damage where mold could have been on the bathroom door. It was painted over. The potential for mold makes me nervous.

Excellent base for Disneyland stay

Excellent place to spend a few nights resting after spending days in Disneyland. Has everything we needed, and nothing we did not need (and would not want to pay for). Very clean, with recently updated flooring (I really like how even budget accommodations are replacing old dingy carpets with hardwood flooring - much cleaner option), and fresh paint. Exactly 15 min easy stroll to the parks' entrance, so that you can always come back for some rest. Very good shower (water pressure). Very practical choice for a Disneyland visit

Add some simple tea bags - not everyone drinks coffee in the morning, and we only had coffee in the room. No biggy, but would be a thoughtful touch

I usually do not like to stay in hotels because of bedbugs. But in this case I had did not have to worry the room is so clean. It looks newly renovated beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to booking in the future with Alpine Inn. The staff is super friendly, super accommodating as well this is your go to hotel if you’re staying in Anaheim and going to Disneyland.

There was nothing we didn’t enjoy about this hotel. I wish you would’ve been able to use the pool but on our day it did rain.

Excellent choice for parks

Everything! It was right next to the parks, includes free parking and WiFi, very cleans and modern rooms and comfy beds.

Only thing was the noise from room above, however it was people coming in from the parks, I think with kids, who had a bit of a play before they went to bed. It’s all part of going to Disney, so no issue here!

Quick sister Disney trip

The major appeal when booking this hotel was the price and free parking, which frequent park visitors know, it’s hard to come by. The room was clean, comfortable, and pretty spacious. It is a motel style building so all the rooms face outwards but we never really felt uncomfortable and they have staff at the desk at all times.

A little dated but clean! Parking spots are tight but luckily I have a compact vehicle. Another thing to note, the blinds don’t keep out the light from peeping through the cracks so if you need pitch black to sleep… you may want to look elsewhere.

Amazing value for a quality stay!

The room was very clean. The mattress and bedding were of high quality. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And… the location to Disneyland was about a 15 minute walk. The value of this hotel is superb, especially since they don’t charge for parking. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing location at a more affordable price!

This hotel is great! The location was perfect – only a 10-15 minute walk from Disneyland, and the best part was that Cars Land was right next to the back window! You can hear the cars passing by and sometimes some happy screams from riders, it's super cool! You can also see the "tower of terror" and its lights :) great touch to a nice hotel. We had two roomy and comfy twin beds, the shower pressure was great, and the staff was incredibly nice. There are also some nice appliances in the room, and the mini-fridge was really strong, great for keeping our drinks cold. Definitely recommend it!

The a/c was great and strong but a bit noisy, I also didn't like the smell of the shower gel 😅 but nothing that made my stay less excellent.

Good overall comfortable accommodation primarily designed for parents and a couple small children to stay.

Close to Disney. Rooms are basic but clean with microwave and bar fridge. Nice to have a table and a couple chairs in the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful for visitors.

Probably wasn’t the best suited accommodation for our group without a bar or lounge to meet with our group to have a drink or watch the game together.

Nice walk to the Disney front gate. Close to all the conveniences we needed. The microwave and fridge were great cost savers for us. We checked out and wanted to spend another day at Disney so the lady at the front desk gave us a discount voucher to park at a garage down the road. It was close to the main gate and very cheap - thank you!

Great location close to Disneyland, simple, clean and comfortable

Location is walking distance (15 mins) to Disneyland’s parks entrance. It’s also close to restaurants and CVS etc. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and tidy.

The walls are too thin you could hear everyone next door. Bring earplugs. If they made the walls thicker or insulated in some way I would give it a higher rating.

Brilliant old skool motel - 15 minutes walk to Disneyland gate.

The front desk were very helpful. Housekeeping were fantastic.

Slight smell in the room - not sure if due to ac. AC wasn't always efficient as we would have liked. We would have liked a safe in the room. The bathroom towels were quite thin.

Really the best value near Disneyland

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Well up-dated, super clean, well appointed room. Had everything including a microwave and refrigerator!! Very well maintained, faucet and shower had good water pressure, the drains drained great. Drink vending machine will a very reasonable price. The location was close to Disneyland and many restaurants, convenience store real close by. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, across the street with free customer parking.
