Close to my conference. Good value

Dated. Needs remodeling. Bathtub/shower didn’t look clean. Terrible breakfast. Only cereal and oatmeal to eat.

Breakfast included was only oatmeal, cereal, juice, and coffee. Could have added some kind of pastry. It was sufficient , though! Hallway could have been vacuumed but wasn't really bad!

Good location to stay outside of pigeon forge and still enjoy the area but there are plenty of hotels in the Dandridge area to avoid this hotel!!

There were roaches in our room alive and dead. The room was not clean. There were many other kinds of bugs dead and alive around the hotel as well.

My stay at the Jefferson Inn was pleasent and staff was very friendly

The rooms were very clean air condition was outstanding, breakfast was lacking a bit.

Grounds outside were shabby and needed some tree trimming in front.

Dirty , smelly and even at its rate not worth it.

The only positive was the location of the hotel

The place was dirty to start. My room was very musty and stunk. I am not a complainer but in my 63 years this is the first hotel that I slept on top of the covers. Continental breakfast consisted of two different cereals , coffee and tea.

We didn't have breakfast. The bed was perfect. The room was very clean. The woman at the front desk was very efficient and courteous. The price was awesome. We would stop there again.

A fabulous place to stay!

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and quiet. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful and kind. Overall, a fantastic experience. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

As you walk in the reception area had been upgraded and carpet looked new.

The furniture is old in the room. You could find better dressers at a garage sale. Outlet in bathroom was hanging out of the wall. Continental breakfast was minimal to say the least. Back door always has a rock propping it open.

the lady who was at the front desk let us check in early she was so polite the bathroom was really clean and the bed was so comfortable to sleep on, we stay here everytime we come to tenn we all so were able to bring our puppy

there was pieces of bread that was stale behind the bed my puppy got one and could have chocked we found several, housekeeping needs to clean behind the bed

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. And the location closer to Pigeon Forge is great for the price.

There isn't alot of space to park if you are towing a trailer. You have to make a spot or park next door. But I made it work
