Convenient location. Close to harbor with great view. Walking distance of aquarium. Parking next to hotel was reasonable rate.
The front desk clerk seemed confused about our reservation done through Booking.com. I used my husband’s credit card, which she requested to see. He was waiting in the car so I went out to get it. When I came back she then told me, she needed to see him as well. I didn’t notice anyone else going through this. I thought it was strange. Never had that experience before. It was a little embarrassing.

Very nice and luxurious hotel in downtown Baltimore right across the street from Inner Harbor
The rooftop pool with views of the city is a fabulous value add!
All staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Decent value for the nightly rate
We opted out of the breakfast because it seemed like a very high price for a daily breakfast

Close to the stadium. The bed was comfortable
There's no room service for food. No restaurants in the hotel that would serve food after a late concert
