The view was great, but we paid for that with a steep price. It was misleading about the pool, I thought that it was on top of the hotel but it was on top of the parking garage (which was lower).
I’d like ice machines/water on each floor. And more toilet paper/tissues/towels in the room. More pillow options.

The property is a wonderful place the views of the harbor the rooftop pool and the bar/restaurant are all great.
The unpreparedness when the storm came right before the 4th of July fireworks. It was chaotic. The room that they changed it to was hot I had to pay an extra 25 just to get my son a burger and they wouldn’t even let me get a bottle water I asked if I could get a bag of chips they said it doesn’t come with it so I offered to pay $5 for the chips and they wouldn’t sell it. All this was after my son told them he can’t eat pork and then giving it to him anyway he let me know and i quickly told them it would be tragic if he eats this please take it away. We got locked out at one point so we missed a lot of the fireworks. Danielle Raphael and KB are reasons I would definitely and do plan on coming back. I can see from them that the place is run well and this was honestly just a hiccup that happened. Great customer service manners and willingness from those 3 I seen you guys train well.
