    You can’t beat the location. We stayed in a suite and paid over $500 a night. The tile floor had blood smeared across it where a prior tenant probably hurt their foot. There was paint peeling everywhere, the blinds were broken and messed up, the comforter in master had blood on it (assuming from injured tenant), the bathrooms had sand on the toilets and gunk on the handles for the sinks, even the walls which were textured had stuff caked to them. The place absolutely needs a lot of work and a new cleaning staff.
