Location, cleanliness, quiet, beautiful area is PA, comfortable bed, & kind staff;
In walking distance to: yoga studio, bakery, live music outdoors, Hank’s Place, Chadds Ford Coffee, Harvey Run Trail greenway, art museum, & several other restaurants;
Short drive to West Chester, Longwood Gardens, historical sites, Farmers Markets, and got to a Phillies game in about 30 min from there
No coffee maker in the room, continental breakfast was of low average quality… but EXCELLENT options in walking distance: OSO Sweet Bakery, Chadds Ford Coffee and Hank’s Place

This was our second stay while visiting Longwood Gardens. We love the proximity to Brandywine Prime. The breakfast room is very pleasant with a great continental breakfast. Pleasant staff.
Bathroom a bit small to maneuver but nevertheless bright and well equipped.

breakfast did not offer many options.
Bathroom showerhead was so dirty. The furniture was not clean or in good condition, specifically a broken chair.
