I had a generally good stay at Extended Stay America and would consider staying again, especially for longer visits. The room was comfortable and quiet, and it had the basics I needed to feel settled. The kitchenette was a nice feature, though it was quite small and limited the amount of cooking or prep that could realistically be done. There were a few areas that could use improvement. Some parts of the room showed wear and could benefit from deeper cleaning and minor maintenance updates. Housekeeping services were limited, which is understandable for an extended-stay property, but clearer communication about what to expect would have been helpful. Staff interactions were mostly pleasant, though response times for requests could be quicker at times. Overall, the value was fair for the price, and the location worked well for my needs. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication, this location could easily be a great extended-stay option rather than just a good one.

Suleman the manager is awful. Rest of staff very kind. Broken lamps. Broken easy chair. Broken remote control. Inoperable WiFi…and I had to be on the phone for an hour to resolve it with some 3rd party company the front desk told me to call. After I exited my room, I went to the front desk and quietly told the person about my issues. He went to the back to tell Suleman, the manager…who couldn’t come see a dissatisfied customer until an insisted. Then he acted like he knew nothing. He did not care. Looking back on his poor management skill, it’s probably appropriate he manages this dump. It’s the rest of the staff who should find employment under a better manager, and by extension a better owner.
