    Reasonably clean. Beds were comfortable and clean, free parking, had to pay for ice. No problem getting extra towels (there was only one in the room & 3 adults staying). Quiet. Only problem, I asked for a ground floor for elderly and didn't get it. Made it hard for my mother to have to climb stairs.

    No iron for cloths, no hair dryer, not enough towels, no soaps or shampoo. The mattress is really bad. Overall, I don't recommend it.

    Room 209 didn’t have ANY cold water in the shower. Everything else was sufficient for an overnight stay. Also, someone knocked on my door at 4:00 AM but I believe it was a mistake.

    They don't make room everyday. They don't tell you when you check in. One day they took away soiled linens and didn't leave clean ones. When we asked them why then told us changing linens every other day. There are no hooks to hang them even if we wanted to save them. The ice machine is not working and we were told if we wanted ice go across the street to buy them
