Location and amenities made this stay worthy choice!

Location was excellent! Great calm views of creek and mtn. Having ski valet was a special treat and the quality of food at the restaurants made for a perfect experience after a day on the slopes.

Noise, many guests ran up and down the hallways. Unfortunately not all patrons are respectful of others.

Great location in a subpar room.

Location is excellent, ski in/out and easy access to town. Wine bottle welcome was a nice touch.

The room: cheap one ply toilet paper, dust on surfaces meant it wasn’t cleaned well, paper thin walls and could hear everything from neighbors, floor boards cracked and catches on feet, nowhere to hang bath and hand towels in bathroom.

Great location, ski valet was awesome, fresh cookies every day.

Room was a hotel style with no place to sit and watch tv. No table on the side of the bed made it hard to charge the phone etc at night.

Great location by the ski gondola, clean, good facilities. Wrong booking by booking.com

I booked a suite with a view, but was placed in the regular hotel room with a view of a parking lot. Front desk staff from Vacasa said booking.com made a mistake and there are no such rooms. I called Booking.com, but they were not helpful. Filed a complaint, but the response came that nothing could have been done better/differently and no refund is due. Disappointed.

Okay for our two nights

The overall location is great in Lionshead. The pool and sauna were small but very nice. Staff is friendly and parking was convenient though outdoors.

The room location against the parking lot was to be expected with a last minute booking. Some of the room features did not operate well.

Beautiful building and great location. The room was nice and the staff were great.

My main problem with the condo is that there is practically nothing in the kitchenette - no glasses, no utensils, no plates, no bowls. I wanted to make myself a little breakfast but there were no bowls or utensils. Very disappointing.

Location is amazing, the proximity to the lifts cannot be beat, ski valet very convenient. By far the best location in Vail.

The unit was not described properly, it was very comfortable but it was not spelled out clearly that even though there is a daylight in the unit, there is a 10-12 ft concrete wall 3 feet from the window, so you don't even see the sky, forget about any views, and also the ski rental place next door stores their skis right in front of the bedroom window, in the narrow walkway, as a result there is a bit of a commotion every morning and it tends to get loud, not mentioning the "view", not sure what is worst, looking at the concrete wall 3 ft from the window, or ski storage 2 ft from the window

The location was the top feature. Also being met at the front door by the bell man, front desk there with directions to everywhere, skiis waiting when we walked out or in, great restaurant in house, hot tubs were great, room was spacious

VACASA sent us about 20 emails in regards to our stay. Each was labeled as "Important update" or other labels that made you read the email. None were important. But they sure did waste my time...

Great place with wonderful location.

The place has a great location. It is right in the middle of the ski resort. The apartment was clean with great views. My family loved everything about this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the two bathrooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

PERFECTION!

Location was awesome close to everything. Gondola right next to hotel. The room was super comfy and clean. Just perfect for two people. Nice little fridge and microwave. We loved the patio. ( we were on the first floor) higher up had balconies. Great room service. We haven’t had that since preCOVID. EXCELLENT property. Staff were all super nice. Anything you need is right outside your door a few steps away! View was beautiful along the river.

communication between staff regarding our late check out, condo was very dark... could have used a reading light. Kitchen lacked some essentials... cutting board, pitcher, large bowl for mixing or salad, food storage container.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room location was great, with a patio that looked out on a river.

The restaurant food was like eating fast food. Their were cans of paint in my closet but the room needs more than paint. The heat didn't work and the bathroom fixtures were cheap. The toilet barely flushed.
