Bed comfortable, staff friendly, enjoyed pool and good breakfast.
The handle was hard to pull to turn on the water for the shower.

The friendly staff and the POOL was incredible!
We had a lot of trouble getting the water to start in the tub. It was your basic tub set up but we had issues getting it started.

I have never in my life been to a hotel where they ran out of towels. We asked for fresh towels on our second day there (because our used towels had been already taken) and they said there weren’t any and they didn’t have any that they could wash either. There was another man in the lobby trying to get fresh towels as well and he couldn’t get any either. They literally had no towels to give us so we had to all share ONE towel for two days. It makes no sense. She even went to check an empty room. It’s crazy.
